Threats

Not with me directly...

At work, we had fired a trainee because he was so rude to some of our clients. We are a service-oriented company. We give free treatments even if our clients can be so demanding we should maintain patience and our humbleness. We do lose our tempers with them sometimes but we don't yell at them. We still maintain our professionalism. And so, it all started with that. After we had fired him. His mom, whom they both deny they are related in any way & is one of our client here, called and was furious as to why we had fired his "neighbor". And she pretends to be someone else and kept on calling our office saying things like "she is the wife of this vice mayor". This happened a month or two ago. Fast forward to the present. The mother came and visited our office again to get a treatment. And we have a new trainee. As he was doing his practice lecture, she was being rude and interrupting him. And she even told him to go back to high school since he doesn't know what he is talking about. So after that, that so-called client hinted to our janitress that we will find our head of staff laying on the ground & bloody. So after hearing that, our janitress nervously went to our head of staff and told her what our client said. So our head of staff called an emergency number and asked for advice as to what we can do with this verbal threat. They advised her to call the cops and file a complaint. So she did that. And we thought all was settled already. That afternoon, the trainee we fired called and asked why we did that to his MOM. And was furious. Today, the mother and son called and talked to one of the staff. Asking for the head of staff's surname coz they said they will file a complaint on her. Later on in the morning, the client called and was pretending to be an attorney. I recognize her voice since I have spoken to her on the phone quite a lot before. My boss said just hang up on her. And if they call again to just hang up. The son called after that pretending to be the assistant of the attorney. I hang up again. And when he called back my co-worker answered asking who was the one who hang up on him. My co-worker said it was the son who called asking for that info. He had texted another staff saying mean things and giving threats that we should be careful coz we don't know who he really is and what he can do. We had saved that text and will be used as evidence against them if they try to do something.

My goodness, drama!!! I can't handle this much drama...
